Mark, many people have had ideas and plans like yours. Some have made them come true, after a fashion, because they were already big Hollywood names. Straczynski and McFarlane wanted to make Star Trek shows. Straczynski made Babylon 5 and McFarlane made The Orville instead. Snyder wanted to make his own Star Wars movie. He made Rebel Moon instead. (Edited, thanks to the folks who corrected me on that blooper.)

So all you have to do is become a successful TV or movie writer and producer of things that aren't Star Trek, make your millions, be seen by the studios as someone who can deliver a hit, and then change all the names in your bible and scripts and away you go.

Our story is not a doomsday story, it shows just how selfish and egotistical American society has become by showing a struggle for survival, using what's available to Jimmy rig ways to get by, get along with others, even long-time enemies, and find ways to overcome adversity, bigotry, race hatred, to not only survive but with hard work anything is possible.

There have been enough grammatical errors in your posts here that I'm concerned how polished this bible actually is. That being said, the story in general sounds interesting, but it's not gonna fly as a studio-produced project. It would be like if you walked off the street into a Target, told the underpaid cashier you're now the district manager, have an idea to change the layout of the store, your sales will be 80% higher than before, and all the customers will love it. It's not realistic. But you could turn this into a fan production. There is a large enough and devoted enough community of fan film makers out there that would love to help you.

Interestingly, this isn't even limited to fans; in the '90s, Star Wars had the "Shadows of the Empire" project, which was essentially a multi-media promotional campaign around a movie that they didn't actually make. They had a novelization, comic book adaptation, video games, toys, even a soundtrack score for a movie that never existed.

That's exactly what I'm doing with the fanfic series I'm writing. Do I have any illusions that I could function as a real screenwriter in Hollywood or that it could be a series I could actually sell to Paramount? Dear god, no.
