Your favourite ENT memories

Mine is the entire Xindi arc. Absolutely reignited my love of Trek.

And that fight between Malcolm and Hayes, which I was certain was going to end somewhat differently.

What are your favourite memories of Enterprise?

My wife and I have been doing a rewatch together. We just finished the Storm Front two parter. And yes I will agree I really liked the Xindi arc, especially the way Degra and Archer began working together.

My pal John acted the crap out of Phlox in Doctor's Orders.

Carbon Creek.
..just...the whole thing.

Dead Stop, when the station starts to rebuild itself.

My favorite memory? Probably the very beginning where Farmer Moore shoots Klang in the corn field.

There's just something about the scene in "Countdown" when Enterprise joins the battle.

"This is Captain Archer. Cut us loose."

The look on on the Xindi Reptilians...

"Sir. The Humans."

The way Enterprise comes out fighting....

Don't know why, but my eyes get a little watery every time I watch that scene.

Right now I'm really appreciating all the little bits of humour we get:
T'Pol "The Vulcan Science Directorate has determined that time travel is.. not fair."
Archer "Whatever you say."

or this one:
Trip "Yeah, well my underwear is flame retardant, doesn't mean I'm going to light myself on fire though."
Cue raised eyebrows between Archer and T'Pol

The battle for the time traveller's box.

Suliban, Enterprise, then boom! Tholians emerge from the hollowed husk of the Vulcan warship.

My favourite Enterprise memories are from when they started to do mini story arcs such as The Aenar, United and Babel One. Divergence and Affliction. Kir’shara, Awakening and The Forge. The Augments, Cold Station 12 and Borderland. Season 3 went down hill a bit at Stormfront though, luckily that was the season finale.

A most unconventional season format, but it worked for me and I enjoyed these episodes a lot. Mini arcs are easier to follow and bing watch, feeling more like epic ‘events’ with standalone episodes in between to pad things out. Season 4 tried too hard to be like Deep Space Nine story telling wise, though it was all fun to watch but not as engrossing as the Dominion arc. :techman:

Oh yeah, I remember watching that episode for the first time and thinking how impressive the Tholians were. They had a small role, but they felt like a force of nature with the way they swooped in and out of the action.

I always bring up Talas trying to seduce Richards in "Babel One" and he isn't having a bar of it, so they settle things the old fashioned way, with fists! It was just so refreshing to see a man and woman punching on.

This exchange...

REED: "It can't be ethical to cause a patient this much pain!"
PHLOX: "It's unethical to harm a patient. I can inflict as much pain as I like."
