This is going to be weird, but I’m rewatching “Arena” on Paramount+, and starting at about 26:42 it sounds like some of the background bridge audio chatter is in Spanish, or a similar-sounding language, continuing until about 26:50. I’ve never noticed this before. Am I crazy, or is that actually there (and if so, can anyone translate? Spock and Uhura are having a conversation in the foreground, so it’s that much harder to make it out)?

It could be stock audio - something from a radio broadcast, perhaps?
Justman and Solow mentioned this subject in Inside Star Trek, if I recall. Early in the first season, some production folks including Justman and Roddenberry recorded various snippets of intercom chatter for bridge scenes. "Gravity is down to point eight." "Forward Phaser, will comply."
GR recorded one in particular I remember: "Communicator, we need more lines to the impulse deck!" I think that was used only once, in "The Conscience of the King."
There's no way any Spanish made it in. In the "Arena" scene that Spock and Uhura are talking over, all I hear are the words power and aft phaser. Before that, with Scotty, the intercom sounds like "Security Control to bridge, status report, all decks Green and Go."
Low background mumbling sounding like Spanish is perhaps the audio equivalent of seeing a shape in the clouds.
Your universal translator is malfunctioning.
Or think someone is calling us while listening to music.

Should we assume "A.G." stands for Atmosphere and Gravity if we connect the two lines?
That was my assumption - the original pronunciation is a little unclear but it makes sense
