This is not mine, but it's a rather ingenious work collecting verbal "interviews" of assorted Wolf 359 survivors, in a full color and illustrated volume. It's pretty recent too, including a segment from a certain dipsh*t from Chicago, as well as some sweet Lower Decks references.

You can download the whole 496 page work (!) in PDF format from the website. Pretty good read so far.

This is very good. Well crafted.

There are a few errors in the later chapters. Mostly just the headline year being off for an interview here and there, and one of Commander Riker's sentences has no spaces in it.

Would like a better look at each starship, as a few classes are unknown to me.
 
Read this when it came out. I’m not typically a fanfic person but this was absolutely compelling to read. I came across the project thanks to the “for you” tab on Twitter during Picard S3.

Loved the recorded Admirals meetings. And the chapter on the battle itself was intense.

the authors should be very proud of the work.
 
I've ended up contributing to one of the authors' other works already to the tune of one sketch inspired by a photograph from one of the World Wars, and now I'm working on a map to go with it. Possibly more than one.
 
The Great Derelict, Andy Poulastides' podcast, has put out two behind-the-scenes episodes on the book, one focused on the writing, and the other on the art.

Well, they did, he just didn't want to talk about it, so he was the last interview in the book. Metafictionally, we know the most about Jean-Luc's experiences of anyone, it's why the events on the Enterprise all play a fairly small part in the book.

It's absolutely wonderful!!! :techman:

Just one extremely big missed opportunity imho: Some interviews with Clare Raymond, Ralph Offenhouse and Sonny Clements. Especially because we know so little about what happened with them after "The Neutral Zone", they were around when T'Bok talked with Picard about the colonies scooped by the Borg and it would have been nice to learn about their 24th century life and reaction to the events :whistle:;)

Interesting point about an interview with one of the Cryo sleepers, its not something i had considered, but from the ;in universe' perspective of the book the interviews are being taken people people directly impacted by the Borg and the connection between Tebok and the Romulans with the Borg didnt come to light till much much later, after the Commission had delivered its report.

All that said though if anyone else wanted to take a crack at writing up an interview with one of them i would love to read it! :)

Yeah, I'd love to read such interviews too.

By the way, maybe like with Tebok for example, those interviews could be set at a time after the romulan nova.

So that we get more information about their lives and careers after their return to Earth.

Think they may have actually be way more impacted by the Borg invasions than most other people on the planet, considering their 20th century background and all the new stuff they may have had to learn in a relatively short time ;)

Its to bad that Paramount reared their ugly head and send a DCMA strike to the project, which has forced them to pull the book offline. if anyone has the complete book and would upload it to a dropbox or google drive for people to get a copy, that would be awesome

We're still online, it wasn't Paramount directly but an A.I. bot trawling for content matches (we'd uses screengrabs for chapter dividers)
