What are your controversial Star Trek opinions?

I'd rather say "Bad/Stupid ideas implemented badly" for both Season 1 and 2. But that's just my personal opinion.
I’ll still take it over 3.
How about... PICARD season 2 is far better than season 1?

I think writing and shooting it during COVID with a lead who's in his eighties explains a lot.

Nope. 1 ended with an awful season finale but I'll take the freshman year in a heartbeat over what immediately followed.
PIC has been a horribly uneven mess from the start but at least Season 3 was fun. Dumb, but fun.

None of the films are really that bad. Yes, obviously there are some that aren't as good but I think the worst Star Trek films are better than, say, the worst Star Wars films. I'd rather watch The Final Frontier than Attack of the Clones.

I'll give Season 1 more credit than you do but otherwise: you pretty much nailed all of it.
I agree. Trek films are usually at least fun, even when stupid. The prequel Star Wars movies are just... not.
Picard season 3 was like eating cotton candy. It tastes good while it’s in your mouth but when it’s gone your stomach feels empty.
PIC Season 3 may literally be the dumbest Star Trek made this century. It's not a thinking fan's season. But I had a pretty good time for the most part. The Changelings and Vadic were woefully underused and almost wasted but that was my biggest problem with the season. The decision to reuse the Borg Queen yet again was incredibly lazy and I'd rather have had a terrorist splinter faction from the Dominion be the big baddie in this season.

Plus some of the dialogue in the prequels is just straight up unnatural, both in terms of the writing and the delivery. I've never really thought that while watching any Trek film outside of maybe a couple of lines here and there.
