I made it through that meeting at work without banging my head against the wall.
Got two extra shifts for this coming week. That's good because we REALLY need the money.
Started my 4 day weekend.
I just learned from another thread that Mel Brooks and I share the same birthday.

I was out walking my cats this evening when a woman approached me carrying a toaster oven/air fryer brand new, still in the box. Her family was moving out of the adjoining apartment and they didn't want to take it with them as the house they purchased came with one, so she wanted to know if I would like it. Who am I to turn down a free appliance?
I went to a Storm Chasers game with my dad.
We're season ticket holders for the Chasers, and we always have fun going to see them. We try to go at least a couple of times a week.

One of the horses I see on my bike rides who usually barely lets me touch him, actually let me pet him to today. Usually I can barely brush a finger tip across the end of his nose if I'm lucky, but today he actually let me pet his face with most of my fingers. I had been petting other horses, and I held my hand out so he could smell it before I tried to pet him, so maybe he decided since I smelled like them I must be OK.
Finished work two hours early. Now just sitting around, listening to the rain.
Ooh! Send some of that rain this direction!
I had a massage and facial this afternoon and feel rather relaxed.
I had perogies for lunch. 
Got a much-needed haircut.
