D and Titan OPS consoles (with ugly modelling errors on the D)
You can see how small the screen is and that black isn't black in it.
Perhaps there was no way to fit them into the consoles in their original sizes.

I forgot what a handsome guy I am.

Typos aside, these are probably just lighting and tonal references for the set builders and lighting crafters for what came before. Obviously the lighting was way too dark everywhere in "Picard" (even on the Enterprise-D), but someone was trying anyway. :)

The forward window and part of the console of the USS Wallace (NCC-4154) (the shuttle in Eaves' sketch) was seen in the August image of Ships of the Line 2012 calendar.

What caught my eye about the Titan's observation lounge was the awards given to Liam Shaw. He had a Federation Star for Distinguished Service, an exceptional performance of duty, and a Grankite Order of Tactics, Class of Excellence.

I wouldn't be surprised if Shaw earned all those in various battles. Maybe because he was an experienced combat veteran and knew first-hand of the ugliness of battle, he was initially reluctant to put the Titan and her crew in harm's way.

Have I missed anything about the Shrike being a Dominion design? It doesn’t seem likely, if for no other reason that it had seats on the bridge where a typical ship of that lineage would not. Is the LCARS design subtitle thus implying that the ship could be of Delta Quadrant origin, somehow..?

I thought the Shrike was supposed to be Romulan in Origin?

They did not bother to explain where the Shrike came from, who built it, or how Vadic and her crew came into possession of it. Not even in background material.
