He had a Federation Star for Distinguished Service, an exceptional performance of duty, and a Grankite Order of Tactics, Class of Excellence.

I thought the Shrike was supposed to be Romulan in Origin?Have I missed anything about the Shrike being a Dominion design? It doesn’t seem likely, if for no other reason that it had seats on the bridge where a typical ship of that lineage would not. Is the LCARS design subtitle thus implying that the ship could be of Delta Quadrant origin, somehow..?
