Star Trek Con Secauscus NJ Mar 2008 report

I have posted the first draft of my report on the Creation Star Trek Con held at Secaucus, NJ March 7-9, 2008.

I will be adding photos, links and formatting later, but I wanted to give those who cannot wait a crack at it. Also, if anyone who was there remembers things differently, please PM me. I may have put the words into some of the wrong people's mouth. Any photos would be welcome also, as mine are mostly pretty grainy.

Executive Summary: I had a ball.:rommie:

Looks like a great convention thanks for the review. Did she really change her name to Saavik? I mean legally?

Sounds like you had a great time, I look forward to the photos.

If you every get to see Armin Shimerman again, ask him to do Poe's "The Tell Tale Heart". His rendition of it is awesome!

I love hearing J.G. Hertzler do Shakespeare. You can see how that influenced him as Martok. The character has a very Shakesperian way in how he speaks.

Did Spiner or Stewart sign autographs?

. . .
Did Spiner or Stewart sign autographs?

Spiner had his own table in the vendors area, and would sign an autograph if you bought his CD.

Stewart signed autographs for Gold ticket holder, and those who paid for the privilege. Details in my report.

I'm surprised and now pissed I didn't go.:scream::mad:

Spiner never signs.

High five for you.

I dunno if legally, but everyone but her mother calls her that. People think I'm nuts because of my car.

Long Live the United Federation of Planets.

I have updated the report with links, formatting and photos. Criticisms and corrections are welcome, as are any photos of better quality or stuff I did not cover , e.g., the costume contest.

Great report!:techman:

Very professional and I'm glad you had photo's to include. You really seemed to have captured the best parts of a Trek Con.

Is it me or does anybody else think Chase Masterson looks hotter as a blonde?
