It's a tough choice. Call to Arms does a great job building up to the tension over the outbreak of war, and the evacuation of the station. In the Pale Moonlight is a harrowing view of the effect of war on Starfleet, and the dirty things people do when they're desperate.

I'll vote to eliminate Call to Arms.

I love Moonlight but I actually feel like giving Call to Arms the nod here; it’s a fantastic season finale and doesn’t have the “it’s a faaaake!” scene.

It is so good but Call to Arms is…epic in scale and scope.
