For the Imperium...

Forward 3/4 view perhaps?

I can just see that landing on a moon.
I'll see what I can do. ;)

What’s a Romulan hospital ship look like?
I'd say something like this:
E'Neir'Th-Class Hospital Cruiser

Sorry brother, I dunno what that is?

Welcome back! Hope RL has smoothed out for you.

Looks awesome!
Feels like the wings could unfurl for something like landing, something like a peacock, gets spiffy for a grand entrance, like a Praetor 1 government Ship . :)
Thanks... it has unfortunately not as of yet... Still fighting the good fight though.

The idea for this vessel is following the old logic of american military history with nuclear powered aircraft. At the time US Air Force wanted to get in on the whole Nuclear Power craze so they requested proposals for aircraft companies to submit designs for a nuclear powered aircraft, but because of the radiation, the pilots had to be far enough away from the reactor for safety. Needless to say some very intriguing concepts were created, but never developed...

This is the story of this Romulan testbed. Whereas the core of the starship would have to be away from the habitable aspect of the vessel. Unfortunately in this case, the singularity core in this design was only a prototype and failed to be produced as a mainline vessel... But, rumors persist that there is a ship with a red bird of prey on it ghosting sectors of space causing havoc...

This is a totally different take on the TOS Romulan Bird of Prey, that is an experimental testbed not for just a cloaking device, or the plasma torpedo, but also for the artificial singularity drive... it is a bare bones, skeletal- looking vessel that keeps the singularity core far from the rest of the vessel.

I don't know that one, but if you have a pic, I'd love to see it.
There was an old DC Comics Star Trek "warbird" that was for TMP era called the Moonhawk... but that was a ship that inspired me for this illustration:

Wow, it looks like a K't'inga class and a T'liss class joined together!

That actually looks like a Starfleet/Romulan hybrid project. Probably because it doesn’t have the stereotypical green base color.

Reminds me of FASA’s old Derf class. Horrible name for a ship, but interesting kitbash, nonetheless.

That said, awesome as usual!
Probably named for somebody named Fred.
