So we know they've evolved somewhat. They retain their shape after death and replicate internal organs and blood to make it harder to detect them..
But, we've yet to see a single one turn into anything other than humanoids
Has their improved humanoid mimicry cost them the ability to shift into inanimate objects?
And could these changes be a potential side effect of the cure for section 31s disease? Would explain why they're so pissy.
