Spoilers The Mandalorian Season 3

What's wrong with a little romance? It would be a new avenue we haven't seen explored yet on the show.

An early theory was that they were Whiphids like J'Quille in ROTJ or the Jedi K'kruhk but nope, the multiple eyes gave it away.

I was thinking that as well. As for the other creature it reminded me of Darth Maul in the Clone Wars cartoon when we first see him again with his robotic legs and all. Well that and little bit of General Grevious.

He is stirring up some romantic feelings inside her. His passion at reuniting their people is sexy and even though she won't admit it yet she wants to believe in that other than her cynicism and despair over what has happened to their people.
No thank you. Mandalorian is insufferable as is without poorly written, ill conceived, romance plots.

Go lay down before you strain something.

So.

I'm pleased to see I wasn't the only one thinking it.
I mean if you look at the version in the concept art during the credits, it's way closer to the design from the 1960 movie, so clearly it was a conscious choice. They even included the thing where their eyes have a beady, silvery glow in the dark.

I think if they're alluding to any existing SW design in the mix here, it's probably the Taung (for obvious reasons.) But even then, I doubt it, honestly.

So . . . why are you still watching it three seasons in exactly?
When I don't like a show, I stop watching and do other stuff. Is that just a me thing? Is everyone else deliberately hate-watching just so they can bitch about it on the internet, and I'm the only one watching shows I enjoy?

Stop that.
Don't tell me to stop it, there's no rule against it.
If I want to post (so far) accurate episode lengths I'm going to.

Yeah, and the concept art for the train assault in Boba Fett was literally a shot from Lawrence of Arabia painted over.

And there's no rule against me telling you otherwise. It's not useful information. It doesn't stimulate any kind of discussion. And it's only not a spoiler on the thinnest technicality (because again: useless), even though it's obviously leaked information. It's mildly obnoxious. So please, kindly knock it off.
To see Mandalore.
You sat through three seasons of a show you don't like for that? There is such a thing as youtube clips. No doubt every but of footage will be uploaded at some point, one way or another.
Shippers are gonna ship, regardless, as this is the Internet.
I don't disagree, but there's "shipping", and then there's whatever that little frantic display was. Poor lad's going to do himself a mischief.

Actually, I find Din's quest compelling this season. His character is a little more compelling than before. Also, R5.

I just find Hollywood romance too sanitized. So, I don't think it would be a good addition. I could be wrong though.

That was a very interesting episode. I think Bo-Katan had more or less earned her right to wield the darksaber. And It feels as if both she and Din Djarin might be the main drivers in bringing back Mandalorian society. I wonder how the Armorer and the Children of the Watch will play into this. However . . . I found that ending rather abrupt and frustrating. It brought back unwanted memories of the early seasons of "Andor".

According to BespinBulletin.com the pirates from Episode #1 of this season will be the villains in Skeleton Crew, the Jude Law series set at the same time as The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett and Ahsoka.
