I really hope you're joking.
If Wesleys job is to help safe guard and protect the timeline, then introducing advance technology to an earlier age would be a direct violation of his very purpose.
It's utterly irrational to state that this should happen.
Now I preface my first post by making an assumption, and that's all it is. But I would thank such an important role would want you to be able to act in situations that are supposed to happen when they involve people you have a relationship with. Thus why I thank its a reasonable assumption that you would need to break contact, at the very least keep it as minimal as possible.

Maybe Wesley purposely hid from his mom knowing that her emotional distress would cause her to raise Jack the way she did, and cause the events in Season 3 and indeed all of Picard to happen.
Think like Wesley who has to regard the well being of the universe over his personal feelings. Let's say he visits his mom after Nemesis. She changes her mind and marries Picard and becomes a family. Dahj and Soji thus no longer have Picard easily accessible in Season 1. They die and in a fit of rage Altan Soong calls in the cybernetic worms to wipe out all organic life. That's not even getting into disrupting Rios' and Jurati's 21st century and onwards timelines, the now non-creation of Jurati's Borg, and the possibility that without Picard single and available the evil Confederation timeline may end up happening because Picard couldn't save his ancestor.
And the above is just a glimpse of the universe ending devastation that Wesley could cause if he visited his mom. So maybe it's not that simple.

We don't know much about that Changeling and how it relates to the "current" status of the Link. For all we know, that was one of the 100.
True... Considering what a massive role they played in the events of the 24th century, however, I would have liked to see more than just a passing cameo. Did they become members of the Federation before "The Burn"? Did they become "the alien trash of the galaxy" that Admiral Cartwright once thought the Klingons would become post-Khitomer?

I’m very conflicted about this episode: on one hand I really liked the middle part and especially the interaction between Worf and Raffi, on the other I felt that both Crusher and especially Riker at the end felt way out of character…to the point I wondered if Riker is in fact a changeling! His hostility towards Picard felt really uncalled for.

That stuff that crusher saw when out was him making first contact with the alien intelligence they are inside (that is also what the conversation with the science officer is about).
Next episode they will get drawn further and further in and all will seem doomed.
It will make further contact with him and after some heavy handed metaphors for fathership it will reverse its gravity well pushing them free. Jack will learn an important lesson.
As for Riker being a dupe - no think how obvious this show is - the flashback scene directly links to their argument and makes no sense if it’s not Riker.

Raffi didn't know Odo - certainly not personally, and possibly not by reputation either. There's no reason for Worf to name drop within universe.
Not to mention if Worf does work for Starfleet intelligence, he's not going to just give the name away of his source, even to a coworker.

Jesus christ, holy crap. I think I might need to watch this was again, there was just so much to digest. I've read others describe it as almost DS9-esque, and it certainly felt like that. And not just because the reveal of the changeling splinter faction, mind you. What I really felt to be reminiscent of DS9 here was the mixing of character-centered drama with the classic hiding-in-the-nebula thriller plot. All in all, the combination of the tension of waiting, the quick bursts of action and the heart-wrenching dramatic moments ended up shaking me in a way the first two episodes couldn't, and I'm still under the effects emotionally, especially after Picard's stubborn insistence of taking the risk seemingly ruined everything and possibly irreparably damaged his relationship with Will.
Picard's confrontation with Beverly felt really close to home. And no matter how she tried to justify it, Picard was right: Beverly had no right to make a decision this important for him and cut him out of Jack's life altogether, and while I found it concerning how he stubbornly doubled down on his hurt feelings and dismissed both Jack and Beverly initially to instead focus on the battle, I could understand why he felt that way. And despite all of Beverly's efforts, the life their son ended up living is just as dangerous as the one she feared he would've had if he were acknowledged as Picard fils. Riker's words about the longest seventeen seconds of his life foreshadowed how Picard would experience his own in this episode, and while it might have just been my heightened emotions, I didn't know whether Jack would live or die until he was revived. I also liked LaForge's encouraging words to Seven tying nicely into this topic of how our parentage affects who we are and how others see us.
I was overjoyed to meet Worf again, and despite him having mellowed out, he was still recognizable as his old self, especially with his ham-fisted attempts at being polite ("I am Worf, Son of Mogh [long list of titles]. I made some chamomile tea. Do you take sugar?" with the same completely even reciting tone throughout) or his almost childish huffing when Raffi criticized his complete lack of a disguise when they captured the changeling. It was very fitting that he would be the one to reveal the perp was a changeling, and the anonymous reference to Odo was a truly heartwarming touch. And Raffi seemed to reflect my own thoughts on her intentionally ruining her life because of her conviction that she needs to suffer.
And now we know that the portal tech was a diversion and the Changelings' plan presumably centers on them siccing Lore on the Federation. And perhaps Moriarty too if he's not just another diversion. Maybe some other old enemies too, I wonder? Now the only question is what game Vadic is playing. Is she just another subcontractor too? Is she actually after Jack or was it all just a ruse to lure Picard into a trap like Beverly suggested? And more damningly, did Beverly know she was after Picard or did she just realize it in the sickbay now? If she suspected already, why did she still call Picard for help? Did she feel she had no other options despite the danger, or was she compromised in some way?

Observations:
- The de-aging seemed to have worked better on Frakes than Stewart, but it might just be because Frakes has less bare skin that would show, as Stewart's face almost looked airbrushed to me.
- Berlioz's Les Troyens was also playing in Picard's ready room in First Contact as he was contemplating Starfleet keeping him away from the Battle of Sector 001. And funnily enough, it ended at approximately at the same cue here as it did in the movie.
- I liked how despite her misgivings and initial dismissal, Ohk still wordlessly deferred to Beverly's expertise when she examined Shaw.
- "You have served me well." - Worf was using present perfect, Raffi. He was specifically saying that your service has not ended yet.
- Of course the episode ended with a giant asteroid flying straight at the ventral hull of the Titan before we cut to credits. You just know it won't come up next week, because based on the state of the ship, it might actually destroy it all by itself.
For all we know, he was born with a different name and Jack Crusher is one of his pseudonyms. Maybe he’s really Jacob or John and Jack is a nickname that he just acquired and Beverly didn’t intentionally give him.
Look, I play Star Trek online and enjoy a lot of it, But realize much like the Star Trek novels, it's in own universe. The only things that are Canon from it are the things that the current producers of the various Star Trek series decide to take and use.
And the development team is so small they can't even bother to bring back some of the older episodes that they wanted to redo; so I doubt you're going to see them rewrite any of their previous in-game stories to line up with Star Trek Picard.
The majority (who have voted) seem to disagree.
I'm not saying your opinion is invalid, it's just as valid as everyone else. It was just an obversation.
