Again, one of the things I find most refreshing here is it's already clear unlike the first two seasons of Picard, this is not a "mystery box" plot.
Episode 1 introduced a number of mysteries, including why Beverly had been out of touch for decades, who her son was, who the mysterious attacking ship was, who was behind the terrorist attack Raffi was investigating, and who Raffi's handler was. All of this has already been answered.
Clearly, there's more mysteries yet. We don't know why Vadic and the Changelings want Jack Crusher so badly. We have no idea what they broke out of Daystrom. We don't know if other groups are involved beyond the Changelings. We haven't the foggiest about Jack's vision. But this is the way a well-paced story works - you give some of the answers with each installment, and deepen the story as time goes on.
