Memory Alpha jumped the gun and labeled everything 2411. I get why they did so, though I would have held off for more context. It's been confirmed to be what @eschaton says above - so they had to jump back into all those pages and rewrite them to 2401. By then, the 2411 news had spread.

According to the recently released trek logs the new Titan began its service in 2402. There's no way that this ship is already 9 years old in Season 3.

Yeah, something was wrong with the colors. The blacks were crushed and the saturation was too strong. Must have been a technical mistake on P+. Last episode was better (althought still dark).

Terry Matalas has said on Twitter that he’s gonna look into the color correction/saturation, he says it looks weird for him too

Harold and Maude...Picard-style! "Jack" and Vadic are well-acquainted with each other, we come to find out. ;)

Having watched the dreadful Sneed, I am ever so grateful Armin Shimerman and his writers made Quark likeable.

He doesn't count.

I mean, back then Seven was fresh out of the Collective. She probably treated the whole thing as an experiment.

Yeah, PIC's showrunners retconned that the Romulan supernova was some galaxy-threatening cosmic disaster on the verge of wiping out everything but it still happens in 2387 and we see the leadup to the event as well as the aftermath. It still happens in the Prime Timeline and is the catalyst for the creation of the Kelvin Timeline.

I liked it more than the previous one, even if it was mostly predictable and quite derivative.

This Vadic is the caricature of every trek villain ever, including spinning in a throne-like chair!

Shaw must be the weakest captain after Esteban…

So Jack is Picard’s son…a twist nobody saw coming!

Worf is back!

8. But barely.

She's 100% confident that she's going to win, given her fire power compliment and this being a 1 vs 1 ship battle.

I say she has every right to be confident.
Indeed. There seems to be the impression that the mere mention of the name "Starfleet" and "Picard" should send shivers through the enemies of the Federation. But, in the past decade Starfleet has struggled significantly. I don't see why Vadic should fear any repercussions right now.

I'm intrigued as to where this is going to go next. Quite enjoyed it, and very much liking that Shaw has depths and personality beyond his episode one characterisation.
