Looks like it's airing on Syfy Wednesdays at 9pm but it's not available anywhere to stream.
I don’t know about UK, but if I had to guess at a reason why the shorts are not on in other countries, Germany in particular, is that they were never dubbed.

Well, I am in the UK, and I have Amazon Prime Video and Paramount+ via an Amazon channel. I watch both on the same app. Which feed should I watch Picard S3 on?
I've heard Amazon's video player is better than Paramount+'s
Interestingly enough, I have a one week trial of Showtime going, and wanted to check out the credits on Alex Kurtzman's MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH series, tried looking it up, only to see Showtime had pulled that as well.
The P+ android TV app is kinda dreadful. No skip intro button, every single time it starts with subtitles and you have to turn them off. Prime has the basic standards down.
I totally missed the news about Picard and Lower Decks (if eventually) being on Paramount+ UK. I was pleasantly surprised to see it as a new series today.
The Skip Intro function on my LG TV app (which itself only existed this last month or so) is a bit hit-and-miss as to which series have them. There is a bit of a delay when it appears.
