While watching Warehouse 13

This idea is not exclusive to this show, there is a branch of fiction called SCP which gamers seem to love because it feeds into their gaming fantasies of everyday objects bestowed some otherworldly or supernatural powers.

Anyway I was watching the opening episode of season 4 and it just hit me how selfish Artie was, He rewinds time 24 hours to bring back the warehouse, but that decision is universal because what about the other 7 or 8 billion other people in the world who also had their lives wound back 24 hours against their consent?

Just to recap this is a show with the same concept as the show The Librarians where they snag objects in the real world that are endowed with some kind of magical or supernatural power and keep them locked way from the world to keep the world safe. There's other fiction like SCP (secure, contain, protect) wich some people just go nuts over and seem to take to heart a bit too much.

Anyway for anyone else that likes this show discuss...... Season 3 is a whammy

My wife and I did a rewatch just last year, and I still love the show to death. Such great characters, even when the plot is crazy or the artifact is an eye-roller, it's still fun to watch.

It is fun but that season opener. Just if you think about the world building so many implications
