When characters have (willingly) donated parts of themselves.

How many times in the franchise have characters (major or minor) literally donated parts of their own bodies willingly, out of love?
It seems like a natural part of the Star Trek ethos, but I can only think of two such instances, both in Voyager:
Phage
Kes donates a lung to Neelix.
Imperfection
Icheb donates a cortical note to Seven.

Are there any more?

Has there been an episode about clones created where the clones weren't envisioned as "6th Day" copies of the original, i.e. knowledge and personality duplicated as well as appearance?

But coerced or not, Sim should count.

Not canon, but this immediately came to mind:

When the main characters accidentally create a sentient hologram of Dracula they end up donating some of their blood to him. Via hypospray, not via bite. It was all very cute.
