The proverbial “source” claims that Gunn and Safran are considering how to incorporate Matt Reeves’ The Batman into a wider DC universe. (Though there’s not a lot to corroborate this, other than the basic fact that I’m sure everything’s under consideration and on the table; doesn’t mean that it’s a priority or the like).

You're not an expert observer of any kind, and there's no reason to assume that your opinion is likely to be correct.Bwah-ha-ha. That reads like something written by a lawyer and sounds nothing like Gunn normally does.
This is why I continue to call it the DC Film UniverseDC films is a mess and glad i've been largely out for a while.
It's a multiverse, any kind of Batman can fit.
