Spoilers Season 2 Trailers, Previews, and Promos

Giving Q a native form that Picard (or any corporeal entity) could process goes against the whole "beyond comprehension" thing.

Giving Q a native form that Picard (or any corporeal entity) could process goes against the whole "beyond comprehension" thing.
The example I gave is from TNG's 'The Survivors'. How are the Douwd any different from the Q? Another example is the Organians in TOS's 'Errand of Mercy'.

Humans were the first non-Q to enter The Continuum (VOY's Death Wish); their realm was translated into a form our limited minds could comprehend. I don't see how it would be different for their actual form.

It's my preference anyway. They're (near) omnipotent, hyper-dimensional reality warpers. Beyond our comprehensions retains some mystery. Perhaps their real form appears as nothing to our senses. When there's a Q about, they're not invisible as much as existing in their true state. When they blink in, they're simply concentrating their being into a comprehensible form.

Although if his true form is that of a galaxy-sized multi-dimensional iridescent octopus wearing a sombrero, that might work.

Q: "You know, Jean-Luc, I'm going to miss these chats of ours. You always were a worthy partner to spar with, intellectually speaking, of course."
Picard: "And in a very unique way, I've developed a sort of affinity for you and will likewise miss you. But I am curious, what is it you really look like. If this really is good-bye, it would be the best way to remember you."
Q, stares blankly for a bit before snapping his fingers. Flash of light, Picard now floats in a black void and before him, a galaxy sized multi dimensional iridescent octopus wearing a sombrero.
Picard: "Q?"
Octopus (with Q's voice): "Au revoir, mon capitaine."
Octopus Q recedes into the distance.

Nah. Have himself reveal as Jack Crusher. It was Q the whole time. And it'd explain Wesley. Q wanted to BS Wesley into believing he'd look like that when grown up.

:shifty:

"Jean-Luc... I was Jack Crush-."
"Shut up, Q!"

Or perhaps those creatures from Encounter at Farpoint were real undisguised Q. Would explain a lot.

If Jack Crusher was in fact Q, it would certainly add a new dimension to that scene in True Q where Q turned Beverly into a dog...

Both Cygnus-X1 & Trekcore have that episode title, but no screencaps yet.

Yeah that Cygnus thingy was the site I was referring to. I went there to get episode 9 screencaps and saw the episode title for episode 10.

If (emphasis on “if”) they follow the previous episode info release patterns there should be some pictures from the next episode at around 4PM my time today (Monday), which should also “officially” reveal the episode title.

I have to say, during the last full rewatch of TNG maybe a year or so ago, I found Bev to be way more annoying than I did during the first run and previous viewings. So much more self-righteous. It's weird how you can get such different takes on characters at different points in your own life.
Yeah, especially her first time dealing with the Borg and not really listening to Guinan. She literally put 1,000 people in extreme danger by beaming up Hugh. She was lucky as hell that Hugh was disconnected, or the Borg would have showed up and the Enterprise would be goner.
