I would think it’ll most likely be revealed with the episode photos and description early Monday via the weekly press release, though the titles and descriptions of episodes have been delayed until Tuesday or Wednesday a couple of times over the last 35 or so weeks of near continuous Trek.

That website with the screencaps and all the other episode info (I forgot the name) lists the episode title as “Farewell”. Or at least it did yesterday when I went to grab the latest episode 9 JLP screencaps.

I just want Q to finally reveal to Picard what he actually looks like. I don't think we've ever seen it a la Kevin Uxbridge.
