I liked Season 1 except for the craptastic finale. Only Data's final death saved that mess.
'Tin Man' and 'Latent Image' are both very surprising entries to me among this list of many notoriously bad eps.......
Perhaps not from an objective point but for me its kind of the straw that broke the camel back after the series of not so great episodes. Usualy its a mix of good and bad but lately it seems the last Pickard episodes manage to create a sequence of bad episodes while it started so promising. That's not even the worst episode of PIC much less the worst episode of Trek period.

i would rather watch Merlin again.
And? Fan status means nothing. I was a TOS fan, uniform and phaser, concordance and all. And TNG is not for me. I tired and had to shut it off.few minutes ago AngryJoeShow has just taken of his Star Trek uniform
People who aren't familiar with Star Trek don't go around referencing "Assignment: Earth" (TOS). They also don't take mixed messaging from "Where No One Has Gone Before" (TNG) and "Tapestry" (TNG) and find a way to make it work.I think in the future , they should institute some certification program for Star Trek writers. As a start, all writer have to watch all Star Trek series and movies which is tested by an strict exam, secondly, the episodes they write need to be peer reviewed by at least 2 writers with proven credentials of well written star trek episodes, only after verification they should have been given authorization to actually shoot it. This should prevent the embarrassing mistakes made in the last few Picard episodes as it appears the writer complete ignore or intentionally contradict previous episodes.
I wouldn't mess with CBS. They have connections with the FBI, CSI, NCIS, and the NYPD, so you might find yourself on the FBI: Most Wanted list for libel against Alex Kurtzman. The budget is 8 to 9 million per episode. I think Kurtzman is skimming the budget with the other producers.
This has to be it.
There's no other reason for them to have over 40 producers across the 2 seasons and end up with such terrible scripts. It has to be some kind of money making scheme. They also got millions in tax credits on top of the huge budget.
Perhaps a call to the IRS might be in order.
Say it ain't so, Angry Joe!? Whoever the fuck you are, this is a devastating day for Trekkies everywhere. Or no one gives a shit.A few minutes ago AngryJoeShow has just taken of his Star Trek uniform live on air off in sheer disgust.
The guy who played the FBI agent at the end of episode 7 also played a 29th century Starfleet temporal investigator in Voyager. They literally had the opportunity to fix a lot of the show's problems by having the guy be the same temporal investigator who comes to stop Picard from messing up the timeline but the writers are so stupid and incompetent that they immediately threw this opportunity in the trash.
I think everyone would rather you watch Merlin again.i would rather watch Merlin again.
I like paradox in story-telling.Plus, it was weird for Data to insist on dying as it's an essential part of being human, only for Picard to cheat death via the Golem.

I don't think so based on the preview and trailer for next week's episode. I think the name is just an easter egg.The character is named Agent Wells. The timeship Relativity that temporal Agent Ducane served on was a Wells Class Starship, named after H.G. Wells, author of The Time Machine. I wonder if they're hinting at something time travel related???
Never work in the TV business. You'll go bankrupt.I think in the future , they should institute some certification program for Star Trek writers. WTF?
WTF is this? What am I watching?
This is dialogue from the show.
If you hate the show this much why the fuck are you still watching it?

He is a long term Star Trek fan with a huge knowledge of Star Trek and was very upset as the show has gone from looking good in the fist 2 episodes to what it has become.

I thought it was ok. Not the best episode, but not the worst either.Me, I'd put Stardust City Rag right right down at the bottom, with a gap in between it and the rest of the episodes, but a lot of people really liked it!
I doubt that a quick cameo “promoted” anything. The whole thing feels like a vapid cash grab by everyone involved.
I'm happy for Patrick Stewart's wife that she got to promote her music.
