For one second, then sputters into nothingness. It doesn't do anything and is completely pointless
I was really hoping to learn more about her being an imp and them social distance clawing at each other, but that is probably all we're getting.

I read in an interview that de Lancie and Goldberg made that whole “clawing” gesture up back in the day because the scene in Ten Forward between Q and Guinan felt a little boring to them. They never expected for it to be scrutinized by the fandom. (They should have known better, lol.) Yet another reason to go into it NOW, of course, but originally it was never meant to be more than a filler for a moment. Maybe they’re honoring that? idk ;)

So if the timeline is restored, shouldn’t this alternate Borg Queen cease to exist, and if so, who sent them back in time to restore the timeline, and..

Alright, I'm willing to give the series a lot of "creative license" but when the magic botle to summon Q was used, something died in me. It seems to me its intention was to insult the startrek viewer for his silly love of sci fi where anything can happen.

Physically it's the Confederate Borg Queen.

Mentally cross time, all Borg Queens share a single conscious, or are capable of tapping into specific foreign time lines when necessary, or latently.

We've been assuming that because the Queen is calling Jean-Luc "Locutus" that she is fully aware of the Federation timeline, and she knows who she is talking to, but maybe she doesn't?

A lot of flaws in this episode. So it would have been a 6.

But i really like the added lore about the history between the Q Continuum and the El Aurians and their abbilities.

So it's a 7.

By the way, anyone else thinking that the accident happened because of Q wanting to confront Jean Luc with his past and that the version of Maurice Picard in his mind may actually have been Q impersonating him? ;)

Keegan de Lancie isn't an actor any more. He's some sort of diplomat based in the Middle East if I remember rightly.
Get Suzie Plakson then, Or Olivia d'Abo.

Or, remember when Q de Lancie called himself as an expert witness? That opened up all sorts of insane possibilities.
