What I liked about those extra scenes was that it gave me the feeling that I was actually watching a comic book arc that included scenes hinting at a much larger world--even though we aren't going to see a lot of that larger world now.
4 hours of pure garbage.
Garbage would be around 90% of the MCU, and that's giving it a break.
If you're ashamed of comics and think they should all be those "grounded", creatively bankrupt sell-out movies.
Just like the first 1,000 times you two argued about this exact thing, you're both making asinine statements and arguments. Cut it out. This inane fantasy of yours has been shot to pieces more times than anyone can recall. Now, please go back to being enraged across 40,000 pages due to realizing that the majority of the MCU is a conveyor belt of cartoons, and that no Marvel movie will ever have its performers win Oscars.

None of them died, so there's that. And none of them were in INO movies either, because MCU doesn't sell-out like that either. They also refuse to pander to the Academy and choose to antagonize the Academy instead.
This performance in a comic movie got an Oscar Nom, says it all.
Because some fit the "nerd" sterotype very well, and don't live in the real world at all and think things like that matter.I liked the Snider verse and the MCU. I don't understand why some are so divided.
