sbk1234 guessed it. Into more detail, That's actor Ron Perlman as the character Vincent from 1988's "Beauty and the Beast" which ran on CBS. the series co-starred Linda Hamilton (Sarah Conner from the first two "Terminator" films) as Vincent's human love interest.
