So, let me see if I understand things. Adam Soong, the ancestor of Data's creator is in charge of this Europa mission, on which one of Picard's ancestors is an astronaut. And also involved with thing, at least part of the panel which Adam Soong as seen addressing in these pictures, is a Rozhenko, perhaps an ancestor of Worf's adopted father.
I don't make small universe accusations very often, but...
Don't forget Tiberia Kirk.Just wait until we meet the other members of the mission, Thomas Sisko, Rebecca Paris, Joseph McCoy and Robert Pike. And ofcourse working out of Master Control in Houston, Shannon O’Donnell-Janeway.
I kinda looks like an old slide projector.Note that in this picture, there's something that looks straight outta the 1960s in the far left on the table behind Picard. In fact, the cabinet itself seems to be 60s era (or modern retro). Perhaps something from Gary 7's work...

Long time listener, first time caller, so please go easy on me!
Found this description somewhere online re: next week's episode: "Two of One: On Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Episode 6, Picard and the crew infiltrate a gala to protect an astronaut, Renee Picard. Kore makes a startling discovery about her father." Kore is probably Adam's daughter. Is the divergence in the timeline that Q somehow harms that astronaut Renee Picard?
IMDB: IMDB says that we'll see Ren Hanami play Director Lee in S2E6 and S2E10. We'll see a "Cute Waiter" played by Alexandre Chen S2E6 (probably at the gala?). Brent Spiner is credited in episodes 6, 7, and 8, but not 9 or 10. (although none of the regular actors show up in IMDB for the later episodes other than Patrick Stewart).
Other random observations from the various trailers:
- there's a brief scene where Dr Teresa Ramirez kisses Rios -- the backdrop with the lights makes it look like the scene takes place on La Sirena. this is in the preview at the end of S2E1.
- orla brady's eyes turn white as she's connected to pointed-ear headgear: this scene takes place in the mariposa clinic, the blood pressure machine and decor is the same. maybe Teresa helps them all out somehow? [as an aside: orla brady is 61, wow!]
- borg queen gets legs? we don't see the face, but we see an arm holding a dagger - the fingers come seem to come out of the same type of bodysuit that the borg queen wears. (alternatively, is this jurati who is now assimilated? in the preview scene where she is running on top of the cars, she is wearing fairly industrial boots that don't really go along with her dress, maybe part of a new borg outfit? we also see seven of nine on the ground next while jurati in red dress runs, so clearly she becomes an antagonist at least to seven. there are also cop cars in front of jurati, and it looks like the queen assimilates a bunch of cops in this episode and... maybe she's addicted to all the mundane voices of the police radio??)
From a news article:
- "In the coming episodes, the Borg Queen will have to make “some very big decisions as we get towards the end of the season,” including one involving Seven of Nine (who broke free from the Borg Collective). “It’s interesting because I don’t think it necessarily goes in the direction most people would assume,” Wersching teases." -- this is interesting... we haven't really seen any 1:1 interaction between 7 and the queen, other than when she convinces the queen to help them travel back in time.
She saysPotential social media spoiler for upcoming episodes:
Sol Rodriguez, who plays Teresa, posted a behind the scenes photo of herself with the Borg Queen laying down beside her.

Hmmm... will Laris be future Tallinn, now assigned to JL, who forgot the rule about not getting attached?
Your guy or your gut?
Of course she will be. She either doesn't know yet, or can't mention it to Picard.Hmmm... will Laris be future Tallinn, now assigned to JL, who forgot the rule about not getting attached?
