Starship Intrepid - Pursuit of a Dream

Idea: Each division wears a different variant?

Command: Red Lower Decks
Operations: Gold turtleneck on the FC uniform
Sciences: Blue Picard (Flashback)
Interesting idea, but it’s not a direction I’d go with it myself. I prefer the class A/B/C etc uniform take on it. :)

Sorry a little late to the game. Finally got to sit down last night and watch this. Enjoyed the hell outta it. I love the final conversation between Hunter and the T'Kon guardian. The whole bit about looking for something you lost really hit me where I live.

Congrats!
Thanks so much Ryan, I’m really glad you enjoyed it. I think I was channeling so much of myself int that final scene with the Guardian, it certainly had that impact on me when I was editing it. Mat did a great job. I guess I’m getting to that stage of life where I’m looking back on my life and my choices far more often than I used to. Or maybe I’m just a bit soft. :)

If you can't mine your emotions for stories, then what are all those emotions for! :)

Thanks for sharing that Maurice. :)

Also, if anyone hasn’t checked this film out yet, I’d love it if you would. :)

I just found this and really enjoyed it! I think it speaks to how we can get beaten down as we get older and the world becomes a darker place.

Nick & Company are a great example for fan film makers. Good stories and constantly improving standards (along with the thick skin required to accept constructive critiques) mean the product is always worth watching. Keep going Nick! :techman:

Thanks for watching guys, sorry for the slow reply, I’m not online quite as much as I used to be. :)

Glad you all enjoyed it, and thank you so much for all the kind words. This one is very close to my heart. :)
