Those TNG figures are beautifully retro, packaging and all. If I was in the market for such a thing I’d definitely pick them up.

Figures aren't my gig but if they were, I'd open and enjoy them but would save the packaging to protectively store them. Also, the packaging can sometime retain more resale value than the product!

I laugh so hard when I am on Ebay and I see "just the box" for 50 bucks. I'm like, wow, if only I had saved all my boxes lol

A tad bit more detailing on the accessories would be nice, but at least they are in basic colors that actually look like Starfleet tech, instead of funky neon colors which look nothing like anything that ever appeared on the show, like the 90s figures.

Painting your own details is always an option. I did that to Worf's Bat'leth so that would actually look like metal with leather-wrapped handles instead of being solid brown.

I play with them as well. Have several boxes of micro machines, Star Trek and Star Wars. As time and space allow they get played with.

So many of my Trek Micro Machines are broken which is sad. But broken because of all the play they got when I was younger which is good. I think the Excelsior and the Reliant were the best/most accurate.

This is exciting. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the TOS Enterprise. I'm surprised, though, by the huge buttons behind the bridge, and that the nacelles are tilting down at the rear.

They haven't announced anything from LD yet - but they are doing Prodigy toys.
