As long as she keeps getting into situations well out of her comfort zone and reacting in bizarre and occasionally murderous ways, I'm fine with it. There's something I like about how the most normal of the group is also the biggest wild card.

Whole family is obsessed with artificially extending their lifespans through genetics and legacy. Even the benign Soong gave all his androids his own face. Nothing would surprise me less than finding out cloning and memory copying or similar were early attempts. It’s entirely possible there hasn’t been a naturally conceived Soong since the 21st century. Likely why he is called Adam.
Mine has for 1300 years, we just don't all look the same .... AFAIK
Ooh! Very exciting. I was hoping we'd get a new trailer with lots of new information. Same thing happened in the weeks before S1.
Rios' booking photo says "Castaic deport". Lake Castaic is a region just north-west of LA -- is this presumably another Sanctuary District out of the city?
As for the gang in Starfleet uniforms, I'm going to put it out there that those are scenes from the season finale. Everyone is back in Starfleet, even Picard. Sets up S3 to take place on a starship under Picard's command. (Yes, I know this is a hated idea among many -- please reserve comment).

Maybe the Rios shot as he appears to be on a bridge, but I'm almost certain that shot of Raffi is from the season premier.
You can see the Tellarite and UFP flag behind her from one of the wide shots from the June 2021 trailer, which came out before they filmed the season finale.

I think she’s gonna end up as the new Borg Queen. There is that scene in the previous trailer of the Queen and Jurati on the ground on the dark that seemed straight out of Alien with Ripley and a facehugger.

Is it not viewable where you are? It's not region-locked for me in the UK. The main theme of the trailer is that there is a turning point in history with two possible futures branching out from it, or something like that. Time has been broken and must be fixed.

I think that's Rios and Laris huddled over a collapsed Picard in that one image. We can't see who Raffi is crying over. I think we've previously assumed Elnor because we've seen them huddled together looking terrified before (possibly hiding from a Borg?) but I think this is a completely different scene with someone else, that's not Elnor's hair.
Ooh, and notice Seven collapsed on the floor behind Agnes in the red dress.

I wasn’t angling for Picard, Musiker and Rios to rejoin Starfleet, or for Elnor to become a cadet, but seeing them in those uniforms makes me smile.
And it’s made me consider Elnor’s place as someone raised by the Qowat Milat, virtually to be a Qowat Milat, but never fully accepted as one of them.
His unique situation made him an outsider within both the Qowat Milat who raised him, and the greater Romulan population outside their convent. This so directly parallels Spock’s status as an outsider in both the Vulcan and Human worlds, and the idea that it made the Federation the perfect place for him, it makes me appreciate Elnor enlisting instantly.
It also makes me see that because of his acute emotional awareness and lack of filter from Absolute Candor that Elnor is also like an inverse-Spock. He’s never suppressing his emotions, and perpetually wears them on his sleeve.
