I think I'm liking this corridor design more than the Enterprise-E's

I can see the Rhode Island variant of the Nova Class take over and become the main version of the "Nova Class".
Sure, like refit Connies and refit Excelsiors taking over. But the point was that the USS Nova itself is a battleship because she was in the fleet in Nemesis, and there is no evidence for that, and it wouldn't make sense to me. If the Defiant already does the job, why turn the rejected design into a ship with the same mission profile? And what other class becomes the science ship then?

It seems to be the Steamrunner, we see a diagram in the turbolift

Not sure if this has been mentioned (skimmed and couldn't see it), there's a couple of interesting things in the trailer that don't add up in terms of what we've been expecting:

Picard beams down in front of 10 Forward Avenue wearing the alternate timeline com badge, but there's a 21st century car visible on the right (the one with the S02 E01 plate). So is this scene set in alternate 2400(ish) or 2024? An unfinished effects shot perhaps? As others have mentioned, there's Andorians in the bar etc.

I'd also be surprised to see Guinan pop up as soon as the first episode, if the licence plate easter egg is actually an indication of the episode number.

The other thing is what appears to be Seven and Jurati on the Starfleet ship (the Steamrunner by the looks of it), Seven still has her Borg implant while holding a phaser on the bridge, and there appears to be a regular Starfleet logo in the background. So could these scenes take place before the timeline shift? And, in the screenshots above, you can see crewmen wearing the regular PIC Starfleet uniforms.

It’s before they go back, but after the timeline is changed, as Picard’s dialogue as he enters the bar is “I know someone who could help us understand the change in time.”

The sign outside the bar says “Forward Avenue Historic District,” which explains why it looks old even though there are aliens like Andorians in the bar, it’s a neighborhood that’s intentionally old fashioned.

Picard is wearing a different outfit in the beam down shot, than in the shots where he goes into the bar.

Beam down shot is 21st century, there's graffiti, overhanging wiring, and a poster advertising an old boxing match last seen in Past Tense.

I assume it's the same place as Guinan's pub in the 24th century, which is why Picard beamed down there, maybe Guinan will be in both locations. Look at that metal ornament topper in the 24th century but not in the 21st

If this is Los Angeles, raises the question of what happened after the Hermosa Quake. Maybe it was just Santa Monica that was lost.
