What happened to Star Trek Magazine

I got a response back to my email to Titan Customer support, they just asked to confirm my mailing address to send out a replacement. Hopefully this time will work better (and I'll get the second issue without any trouble).

I just assumed they were slow, but it sounds like if it's not here yet, it's a problem. I guess I have to contact them too...

And I just got my resent issue, in a plain white envelope. I'm not sure if the next issue is supposed to get here at the begging of February or March (I'll know when I get my digital supplement, I suppose), but I don't think I'll wait as long to contact them if it doesn't show up. No first-issue jitters or holiday slowdowns, now.

What was the email address you sent your request to? I emailed their “support” address weeks ago, but never got a reply.

Same here on all counts.

I don't understand this. I'm willing to pay good money for stories. I'm not willing to pay outrageous fees for shipping print items overseas. Since they do offer 'special issues' in the Pocketmags app, why wouldn't they do something similar in this case?...

Still Covid-related slowdowns (and USPS bans!). Australia and New Zealand, for example, are on a USPS ban list for anything above a standard letter.
So you can deliver a sliver of Covid but not a box of Covid?

Surely a 3 day waiting period (7 if you're being REALLY safe) is all that's required for mail to be Covid-free?

I suspect it was the human crew of the mail planes being told to isolate for (then) 14 days? Maybe it will change now that we are overrun with Omicron? Although now the new US travel warnings suggest avoiding Australia.

So I finally got my first issue of Explorer today, 89 days after receiving my digital supplement, and 26 days after contacting them about not receiving it. It looks like it was sent from Aurora, Illinois. I don't know if Titan generally ships in Canada for Canadians, and this was from the US because it was a replacement, or if the issues will just always come from the US.

It appears to have been mailed on the 7th, so it only took a week to get here, once it was actually sent.

Does anyone have issue 2 yet? According to Previews World, it came out on February 9 but I haven't seen anyone on the internet review the stories or even mention their titles. Memory Alpha doesn't even have a page for the second issue.

It seems it was delayed to March, but Diamond didn't update its listing. The Trekmovie article previewing issue 3 mentions that "The second issue is due out next month and we now have an exclusive first look at the third issue, coming in May"

EDIT: Also, the issue isn't listed yet on Titan's website either, and the official Explorer twitter account hasn't posted anything about the second issue yet.

The digital supplement for #2 hasn't gone out, either, so I've just been assuming someone has been jumping the gun with these issue 3 previews.

I just saw on twitter that the third Star Trek Magazine has been pushed back to June 22,2022 . I wonder if they will get number 2 out soon. Or Just give another lame excuse as to why they haven't come out yet.:klingon::cardie::brickwall:
