Who is the kid being mind-melded by the Vulcans? Is this perhaps a young Picard in the "road not taken" timeline? There's an older kid with him, perhaps Robert?

Also, what ship is that in the painting? At first it looked like the D, but it has that saucer cut-out at the front that all the new ships seem to have, and the secondary hull is wrong.

Lastly, Brent Spiner's new character is revealed: he's Zach Galifianakis!

It's probably from the Alternate timeline, so just an alternate version of the design.
I think its attacking a Borg cube.

Also 'Evil' Steamrunner and Nova classes at the start of the trailer.

They all look the same to me (Nova class).

It's a modified Steamrunner design.

Slingshot effect time travel? Previous trailers seemed to hint at the Queen facilitating the jump. Maybe a failed attempt or Rios evading the Evil Nova/Steamrunners.
