Per TrekBBS rules, the image has to be hosted on a site with a policy that allows embedding/hotlinking their images externally. I'm not sure if Deviantart's policy permits images to be embedded on external sites or not. Also, the IMG tag needs to use the direct address of the jpg or png file, not a web page that displays the image (as you have in your IMG tag). But the image files on Deviantart.com use that weird dynamic token authorization thing in the url that changes every time, so that would probably prevent embedding from working right at all.

Anyway, you could try something like imgbb.com which is free and is meant for posting pictures on discussion boards.
