Darth Duranium, who essentially single-handedly wrote the Eaglemoss collections pages on Memory Alpha, hasn't been active on the site since 14 September.

Hey Sulfur, hope that this isn't the worst place to ask but I wondered if I could ask you to nominate me for some mod/admin powers. I 'splain: I don't wanna get into heavy stuff like smiting heathens or sending bots scurrying about but it'd be very useful to be able to rename images, add/rename image categories, and edit some stuff like the Eaglemoss links box. The minimum power it would require to accomplish that stuff would be great. Anyhoo, cheers mate, would appreciate your help.

That’s a sad development but at least we know the mantel needs to be carried over. I’ll start working on it on Sunday. Baby steps.

Bennie James McRae received the BSG Designing Starships book and posted in the BSG group on Facebook. But I can’t share the link, somehow.
First cool except is a top-down sketch of the Scorpion Shipyards. One of the ships docked bears a familiar saucer/nacelles configuration…

So is the Goa'uld mothership in the EU, and I'm... partly responsible for it.

The XL Oberth can finally be "added to basket" in the EU. I think it was supposed to ship in September when I pre-ordered it.

I hadn't realised just how many ships Stargate has.
I hope it sells as well as the BSG line, so that we get lots of cool ships from the Ta'uri, Goa'uld, and in particular all Asgard and Lantean vessels.
