Small steaming app, but pretty simple to use. I haven't used it that much but its OK to manage.

Seems like a cool concept. Odd that I never even heard of them. They have a whole channel dedicated to running episodes of Enterprise it seems. So how are they financed? Haven't seen an ad so far.

So now they’re giving it away in a big chunk of the world, while making other folks pay? What a disaster this has been. Twitter’s already lit up with people complaining about even the possibility of needing to pay for another streaming service.

They were ad driven. Now they are owned technically by Viacom so that might have changed.

They fucked up, damaged their brand and ruined the consumer's trust.

Does that mean Star Trek is leaving?

They have a dedicated Star Trek channel and I watch TNG reruns on it all the time.

I just checked it out. I can’t seem to find a channel just for Star Trek on the French version, but they claim it will be there on Friday, so I guess I’ll have to take their word for it. I wonder where I can purchase it here, though?

Well, that went better that I expected. Will be subscribing to P+ this Friday to watch these episodes with GF. Hopefully both episodes are good. I have been able to dodge spoilers so far.

I wonder at which time these arrive on Friday.

In the UK, Germany, France, Russia, South Korea and additional select countries, we are also making Season 4 available for purchase on participating digital platforms beginning Friday, November 26.

Not interested at all in 1990s advert-powered nonsense, but this looks good - I assume that means amazon prime (where you can buy episodes of season 1-3 -- season 3 costing £20)

Devil's in the detail, I hope someone got their bonus removed for the disaster, but at least they've listened. Still haven't got anywhere near full coverage though, so many will be left high and dry, but from a personal perspective it looks like it will work.

I like that they're showing the first 2 episodes back to back on the 26th so we're caught up.

Will the episodes be available in Pluto's on-demand section afterwards or is it old school one and done broadcast?

What a failure, Pluto TV doesn’t have the same reached as Netflix. Still going Orion to watch S4.

Why? You're committing a crime when there is absolutely no need. People DO get caught (yes even if they use VPNs) I've known it happen to someone, they'll be paying their fine for years to come.

Surprised it's going to Pluto TV. I've got the app on my PS4 but never watch it because it's full of junk that nobody wants to watch.

    It kind of makes sense.
„It May be junk, but it‘s out junk“ seems to be the philosophy behind this decision.

They said it would be on the Pluto TV Sci-Fi Channel, which on the American version is Channel 151 (don't know what the French one is, though).

Here, the Pluto TV Star Trek Channel, which is mostly TNG episodes from what I've seen so far, is on Channel 150.

There's also a James Bond Channel on Channel 50, among numerous other themed channels. It's not a bad little streaming service for free if you don't mind the commercials. They've got a decent selection of content.

Alex, I understand people are bummed about the situation and might seek alternative means of watching the show, but please don't talk about it here on the forum so we can maintain plausible deniability when people just magically have seen the episode. Especially now that a legal method has been offered.
