Hawkeye on Disney+ anticipation thread

So I guess that the episodes will be around an hour then, which is what I expected.

I think this is going to be the format for most of the drama series. Wandavision, because of its format, had a specific reason for being the length it was. It is possible that a series like Ms. Marvel could be a half hour format--but I think that most of them will be like Loki or FaWS.

She Hulk is said to be 10 half-hour episodes.

Is it just me, or did they intentionally cut around showing Hawkeyes wife's face in that trailer? Did Linda Cardellini not come back for this? I mean, I wouldn't blame her, it's a nothing role.

Looked fun. I was hoping for fun from Loki and instead got world ending chaos and multiple apocalypses with only short bits of mischief. Maybe this will scratch that itch. Really been looking for more fun programming these days.

I never cared about Hawkeye but the trailer doesn't look bad so I'm prepared to be swayed. So is Lady Hawkeye or whatever going to be his replacement?

The women get the half hour episodes?
Or you could say the women get more episodes. I believe the idea is the series are roughly six hours however the individual epsiodes times are divvied out. If She-Hulk is more of a comedy or something it might be better suited to a lower runtime. If Jessica gets different cases it would allow for more of them perhaps.

I would be shocked if the 'Echo' series that's spinning off from this wasn't six longer episodes.

Speaking of whom, given her strong ties to Wilson Fisk, I'm hoping they're keeping a Vincent D'Onofrio cameo under wraps.

The way WandaVision and Loki turned out, I have no problem with this having a bit of comedy in it.

From the trailer it seems like the kind of comedy that was in some of the MCU movies already.

I, for one, am not looking forward to
the possibility of Yelena hunting down Clint out of mad, blind vengeance based on the misunderstanding that he was responsible for Natasha's death. I hate that kind of 'misunderstanding' stuff, and I hope it's resolved within the first five minutes of the first episode.
