What happened to Gene Roddenberry’s office?

Yeah. It’s my understanding that the TOS stages are still around but I was curious about the offices of Roddenberry, Justman, etc. It would be cool to visit if allowed.

That's a new one to me. Recreations of the sets are undoubtedly out there, but the original sets? They were most certainly torn down when TOS ended. Otherwise, they wouldn't have needed to consult fan recreations for Relics and Trials and Tribble-Ations, or the fan productions for In a Mirror, Darkly.

Yes, Gene's office (from the TNG days at least - not sure where he worked during TOS) is still around. It was in the ancient Hart Building on the Paramount Lot. I believe he moved around the Hart Building a few times and one of the rooms he worked in became the TNG Writers' Room after he passed. Michael Piller, Jeri Taylor, and Ron Moore all worked out (one of) Gene's offices at various points during the 90s.

I took this picture of Hart last year right before lockdown.

P.S. Years ago Ronald D. Moore wrote a fascinating blog post about his time working in that building.

If it still exists, it must have taken forever to remove the smell of stale cigarettes and semen.

The actual sound stages yes, the sets are long gone. I understand most of the flats went to a local college theater group.

Studios have zero memory or nostalgia. Clear it out, next thing, NOW! You can count his studio office as long gone. Home office might be different.

Wouldn't his office have been in one of the Gower street buildings during the TOS years?
