Seems like a b/c deck instead of just the bridge would work better? Doesn't have to be an oval like the tos. Just seems tacked on as an afterthought ..

^ I’m glad you put an ‘i’ in that class name, for a RL obscure reason.

On two of the ships I was assigned to during my military stint, they had a machinery/propulsion control system manufactured (and supposedly maintained by) a company named ‘TANO’, based in New Orleans.

Both designs were so problematic & temperamental enough that we’d joke that TANO stood for ‘Totally Automated, Never Operating’…

The Taino is an interesting design! It feels like it would function more like the equivalent of a fast PT boat than destroyer, IMHO

Hmm, I think she could be more like the French Le Fantasque, they were extremely fast for their size, Atolm's ship seems to be badass like those.
