Oh, OK, I wasn't sure what kind of program you meant. I thought maybe you meant some kind of lessons or something.
I hate words with multiple meanings.

 

It may be an archaic usage of the word, or at least outdated.

The main use I remember is at 1:31

 

I think it was about a week for us too. However, once you top it up again, ours tend to notice within a minute or so

 

I still hear it used that way a lot, I just misunderstood the context.
