Here we have the winners and runners up of each season:

Season One: Beyond the Farthest Star
Wild Card: One of Our Planets Is Missing
    Season Two: The Counter-Clock Incident
Wild Card: How Sharper Than a Serpent's Tooth

So now it is time for the final part.

    *RULES*

Give what you consider to be the worst/your least favourite episode ONE point, and briefly explain WHY. Be sure to copy and paste the list with your point added. When an episode reaches 4 points, it is eliminated. Then a NEW round begins (in this thread) with the numbers restored to 0. Vote ONCE per round. If 48 hours without a vote passes, the episode currently leading in points will be eliminated, and a new round will begin. And enjoy! :bolian:

"ONE OF OUR PLANETS IS MISSING" gets my first vote. Simply because the other stories are better.

Despite the fact that it is an non-euro myth story, it is yet another alien visits Earth story. So How Sharp gets my vote:

I know I saved "Counter-Clock" in the Season Two round -- but the problematic logic of the backwards time travel really does disqualify it from overall victory, IMO.

How sharper than a serpent's tooth aka Ancient Aliens Star Trek Edition. They already did a similar story in Who mourns for Adonais.

I give a point to One of Our Planets is Missing as the other 3 are a little bit better in my opinion.

And Plato's Stepchildren. The people-snatching Preservers also made a visit...but you're right, there is a von Daniken aspect to the story as well.

"One of Our Planets Is Missing" gets my vote. It's embarrassingly stupid even for a TAS episode. If I had my way it wouldn't have made it to that list in the first place.

I'm making One of Our Planets go missing for good. It's just another Ameba story, but with a brain this time as the target to kill the beast. How it should have ended: Pew, pew...it's dead, Jim. How it did end: Talk, talk, talk...I'm dead of boredom.

I am torn between the extra universe alien who speaks backward but moves forward!!! And the ridiculous god-thingy... the backward clock thing with grandpa in a playpen wins this time... The fact that Voyager reprised that idea is a clear indicator of how bad it is!!!

I always found "How Sharper Than a Serpent's Tooth" to be weak... The Ancient Aliens/Erick Von Daniken stuff really turns me off.

"HOW SHARPER THAN A SERPENT'S TOOTH" has been rendered toothless. Because the others are MUCH stronger.

    New round.

I love "The Counter-Clock Incident," but IMO the logic failures keep it from the top tier.

The CCI gets a point just for this solution:
SARAH: But the Enterprise crew, they're all children.
APRIL: They can enter the transporter. It retains a memory of their original molecular structure.

I cannot let my final vote be against Captain April. "BEYOND THE FARTHEST STAR" gets it.

"The Counter-Clock Incident" is all right, but I genuinely like "Beyond the Farthest Star."

It's out! Leaving only "Beyond the Farthest Star."
