Which two episodes of season three feature a heavy amount of a season one score? Both have a different episode score as majority.

The Lights of Zetar is one, it leans hard on Where No Man Has Gone Before music.

The others I can think of have first season cues re-recorded as library. Does that count?

Correct!!

Despite both The Cage and Where No Man Has Gone Before having their scores re-recorded for Season Three, I believe the majority of their appearances were actually the original season one scores.

Certainly, in the case of these two stories. Both feature heavily from one or other of the pilots' original scores. Wink being The Cage and Zetar being Where No Man... I don't think any singular episode covers either score as much in the third season.

True, but Wink and Zetar are the only two S3 episodes that have the largest proportion of particular S1 scores.
