Since this is my first thread I have to say the First two movie were definitely the best. The best transporter SFX and the best uniforms and best story was TMP. Then definitely the TWOK. The worst I think was the one with Piccard. The uniforms in the later movies were sucky compared to TMP. The only movie with them. The other uniforms were OK, just not as good as TMP. A story is a story.

Well, my least favorite one of the first 10 movies has Picard in it. So, I'll go ahead and agree with you.

It was moved from GTD, where 11001001 also moderates. Him and The Old Mixer, combined, got all my old stomping grounds.
But I can go with Generations. Going from TUC to GEN always feels jarring to me. I actually prefer skipping straight to First Contact after TUC, because it feels like a clean break instead of a messy transition.
Honestly, I think that if something like First Contact had happened first and then they told a generations type story it would have gone a lot better. Largely because I think Kirk gets a bit overshadowed in what is supposed to be a meeting of the minds due to the almost tacked on nature of his plot.
This is actually a pretty good tune.
