Don't cats have something about their metabolisms that allow for more efficient breakdown of fats since they are obligate carnivores? What they can't do is effectively digest plant matter. Even canines do better in that regard. I mention veggies because that same channel has that cat nomming on a cob of boiled corn. Whether or not he can "process" properly, that that apparently loved it, biting into the kernels with the same passion as the meats depicted above. I just don't want to deal with the litter box afterwards! OOF!!!
