He killed Wash!!!!!!!!!
Oh is that all?
He killed Wash!!!!!!!!!
If that is the case, then it might have been all around more professional simply to have said nothing at all, besides the vague parting because of creative differences sort of BS.It's possible that he's obligated to avoid specifics because of whatever non-disclosure agreement he signed in the settlement, and is just trying to maneuver around that to the extent that he can. I gather that NDAs like that are pretty common in business.

Snyder cut will not be in miniseries format anymore.
His ex-wife has accused him of having affairs with younger actresses while he was working as a producer, and now Ray Fisher, and at least Gal Gadot have said that they ran into problems with him while filming his take on Justice League. What's the exact problem people have with Whedon?
If that happens, it probably won't be for at least a year after it's released on HBO Max. I think some of the streaming services have never released their original content on physical media, so there's a chance it will never happen.Good.
Now all it needs is a physical home media release, and things will be golden.

Ideally, we'd get a physical release that bundles both the Snyder Cut and the Whedon-directed to Theatrical cut (yes, I want to own both, but don't want separate editions of both on my shelf).
Agreed. At worst, I'd expect a longer delay compared to theatrical releases, to give HBO Max an extended exclusivity window, but I have very little doubt it will hit Blu-ray eventually.Snyder's movies usually sell like hotcakes on home media, I doubt WB will pass up an opportunity to recoup at least some of the cost involved in this thing by eventually releasing it.
It'd be kinda weird to have a box that says Zack Snyder's Justice League and it containing a movie he still hasn't even seen.
Not really. There are a lot of actors who don't watch their own movies or shows, because they don't like to watch themselves or because they prefer their recreational viewing to be separate from their work. And I'm sure there are plenty of cases where the director of the first movie in a series never saw the sequels from other directors, but the movies still got bundled together in a box set.
After all, the only thing that matters to the people selling a box set is what the customers want to see, not what the filmmakers want to see.
I was pointing out that this version is literally called Zack Snyder's Justice League so I'm not sure it would make sense for it to contain something which is... not that.
