Best Archer Episode?

"Azati Prime" has probably the best Archer speech, since he's committed to that one-way suicide mission - about being proud of the Enterprise and insisting they get back to exploring once Earth is safe. The other standout moment where he characteristically gets captured and beaten up, but manages to torment the Xindi-Reptillian,Dollum with talk of turtle soup.
Agreed, he was great in that.
Great scene - and yeah, Archer always seems to be getting beaten up in the show - but eventually coming out on top.

My favorite Archer episode is also my favorite of the series -- "Observer Effect." Great character turns by everyone, but it was an amazing show for Archer. Pleading on behalf of the human race even as he was dying himself - plus that sequence where he and Phlox tried, but failed, to save Hoshi. Just killed me.
Close second place: "Similitude." Watching Archer basically age 20 years over the course of the show, as Sim lived his life over 8 days, was an amazing way to show the cost to Archer of having to make an impossible choice because he had to save the world (and the galaxy). The whole Xindi arc, seeing Archer torture himself as he crossed his own moral lines to win the war, was stellar for the character, and I think Bakula did great.
That's a great point @HopefulRomantic - Observer Effect was an amazing episode. Very overlooked, perhaps because we remember the fourth season multi-parters most It's very interesting how the best of Enterprise tended to deconstruct a lot of Trek, especially Next Generation. In this case, that episode was a great deconstruction of the Prime Directive. And Similitude is great as well!
Home was mine as it had Archer dealing with the events of the past year, as well as his actions over the past year and him coming to grips with the fact that he is a different person because of the expanse. I always remember his speech he gave to Erika. "I look at you, and I see the person I was three years ago - the explorer that my father wanted me to be. I lost something out there. And I don't know how to get it back."

I liked ENT a lot, but part of me wonders how cool it would have been if they did a “Right Stuff”- inspired season arc that would have been a lot like “First Flight.”
He had many for sure.

Season 2 when they had the flashbacks to Lian-Yu is my favourite season of Archer.
Oh wait, you mean Captain Arrow from Enterprise. I really like Damage and it's a solid outing but there's a couple of whiney moments where he huffs and puffs at Captain Casey Biggs who has his own problems to deal with.
