Spoilers Batwoman - Season 1

Ryan Wilder is the illegitimate kid of some one?

Thomas Wayne.
Jim Gordon.
Harvey Bulloch
Lucius Fox
Bruce Wayne
Clancy Ohara
Alfred Pennyworth
Harvey Dent
The Joker.
Oswald Cobblepot.
Dick Grayson.

I liked the Riddler for gay in Gotham, even though he also had a girlfriend too, but the question marks. His sexuality is a question mark.

Although I now can't not think about the double meaning from his name.

The Riddler riddles with his Wang.

Ryan Wilder is an anagram for Ridler yawn.

I read him more as a panromantic asexual. Though the idea that the one riddle The Ridder can never solve being "who is Edward Nigma?" does have a certain pathos to it.

"genetically spliced human-bat hybrid", "bio-morphic mass of ambulatory clay", "a walking cryogenic accident victim who will never sound as cool (pun intended) as Michael Ansara's version",
Maurice LaMarche was pretty cool in the Arkham games.

Wasn't he explicitly in love with Penguin?

Hence: panromantic.

Note though, that I never did get around to watching the last two (or three?) seasons of Gotham. I think I tailed off right around when the creepy Bruce clone or whatever he was showed up. So if anything cropped up later to contradict that assessment: I didn't see it.

Penguin fell for Riddler.

Riddler has a girlfriend.

Penguin kill's Riddlers girlfriend.

Penguin and Riddler hook up.

Riddler finds out that his boo, killed his other boo.

Riddler goes on a murder rampage against Penguin.

By the end, 2 or three years later, after they both faked their deaths more than once, they have what "seems" a platonic friendship.

Which part? ;)

Not a very juicy telling I must say...

^^
I get being diplomatic, but c'mon, it's kinda hard to sell "We've done what we set out to do with Kate" as the reason when the show's production was interrupted before the season's storylines had a chance to get wrapped up so they quite literally didn't finish what they set out to do...

Oh, I misread that.

They didn't recast her, so they can bring her back to finish off her character's storyline when the new actor settles in.

When a major cast member jumps ship that suddenly, leaving production in the lurch, I really can't seem them wanting her back anytime soon, regardless of the plot/narrative ramifications. Nor do I see her wanting to come back to play second fiddle to a job she already quit.

Yeah, I don't buy it, either. I know the CW said her leaving had nothing to do with her back injury, but I can't shake the feeling that they fell out over that and the horrible injury to the production assistant in the same season. (There are a few things with the other shows that make me wonder, too, but as it's just my gut reaction, I won't list them.) I've left jobs before when I felt they were being careless with people's wellbeing, and I have far less of a cushion than I figure she has. But maybe I'm waaaay off, so who knows...

Yeah, something tells me they're gonna lose her phone number.

That is a little disingenuous to the professionalism of the people and actors involved. When it comes to a production of this size, unless someone has committed egregious ethical acts--the people involved are going to put aside any personal grievances and work to make a quality product.

Unless ofcourse the producers are actually ok people, and Ruby brought it all up in a very honest conversation.
"Hey guys.....I really love playing this part, but my life is feeling very busy and crowded now and it's not good for my mental health. I need to quite"
"Wow, hey. That's totally ok. We understand. It's going to make things a bit difficult for a bit, but we can work around it. Your health as a human being is much more important."

These things do actually happen in real life.
