So the show takes place in Wanda's subconsciousness where she is recreating a possible life with Vision? I was thinking that Vision was going to be brought back somehow.
In the comics, Wanda has been so powerful at times that something being real in her head is all it took to translate it to the real world. So the show takes place in Wanda's subconsciousness where she is recreating a possible life with Vision? As we have a trailer, I'm going to start am anticipation thread.
You are correct of course. But this Wanda seems to have much different power set than the comics.
Judging by the scene with Kathryn Hahn in the car, it looks like she might have either made a new Vision or brought him back to life somehow. In the comics, Wanda has been so powerful at times that something being real in her head is all it took to translate it to the real world.

That's just a theory, we still haven't gotten an official announcement of who she's playing.
Fred Melamed, probably known more for his voice than his appearance. Can't place him, but he has a Mel Cooley/Fred Rutherford (Richard Deacon) look.
Ah, there we go!Fred Melamed, probably known more for his voice than his appearance.
I'll gladly take that bet because I don't even think for a minute they're going to go this route.
They tend to take elements of newer comics for the MCU, and with the normal hulk now "smart" Hulk (or just Banner, mentally) , they'd probably want to have a contrast.
Consider the source.I think this is the first time I have ever seen Tatiana Maslany referred to as shitty casting.![]()
The shitty casting
Turns out the Hoopla library also has the relatively recent Charles Soule run on She-Hulk where she quit her job at a big firm (a different big firm than the one in the Dan Slott run) and went into private practice, doing things like helping Dr. Doom's son apply for asylum and defending Captain America in a wrongful death suit (with Matt Murdock as the plaintiff's attorney). Apparently Soule's an actual lawyer, so there was some good insight into how the legal profession works and how it engages with a superhero universe. I guess that's another direction the show could take, though the whole "tiny struggling law firm" angle is a bit too much like Netflix's Daredevil or even Jessica Jones. Although the big-firm angle might feel kind of like Iron Fist season 1, come to that.
Speaking of which, the Soule run has Patsy Walker/Hellcat as Jen's sidekick/investigator, which wouldn't work in the MCU, assuming Disney+ acknowledges the Netflix continuity.
Hoopla also has the even more recent thing where Jen turns into a more bulky and savage grey Hulk and apparently goes in a darker, less funny direction. I'm not inclined to read that, unless someone tells me it's really brilliant or something. I prefer her as a comedy character, although the three different runs I've read have gotten progressively more subtle and less meta in their humor.
