I read that it is coming to Mobile platforms in August. Any comments for someone who never played Eve?

No one plays and Eve game?
I play Eve Online. I dont know anything about the mobile game. From what I do understand it will not interact directly with the MMO universe. They did try that before with Dust 514 on playstation.
What I can say from Eve Online is that the learning curve is probably harder than any other video game most will ever play. The trick is to not get overwhelmed, do the tutorial missions, join a corp that is new player friendly like Eve Uni where you can get good advice. Not all new player friendly corps give good advice, or are just too risk adverse.
I don't know what information I can give that will help with the mobile version except to add the usual advise: don't fly anything you are not prepared to lose, and that goes for implants too.
