got some crazy but ingenious advice in a lesson against obsessive thinking (you know: thoughts going in circles, despair starting, you can't stop thinking and the thoughts start to attack you)
eat a very hot chilie. The shock will stop the thinking and you're free.
Cool idea! If I had known that a few months earlier I'd have sown some Cayenne chilies. As it is, I only have tomatos. I'll see if I can get some in the maket
