Ben Shapiro Reviews The Rise of The Skywalker

I’m honestly not sure of three things:
  1. Who Ben Shapiro is?
  2. Why I should care what Ben Shapiro thinks?
  3. Why this needed its own thread when the movie is already being discussed in the review thread?
ETA: I did a little research. I now know who this guy is. He’s not someone whose opinion I believe I would respect. So I’m going to take a pass on watching the video. Enjoy your discussion, but I’m out.
1. He’s a far right nut job popular among the alt-right, mass shooters, and other assorted groups on terrorist watch lists.

2. You shouldn’t, other than to avoid anyone who starts repeating him given how it’s inspired a lot of mass murder.

3. It’s an attempt to spread nonsense.

It's a pretty lame review- he says nothing new, you either agree with some of this shit or you don't. And his voice is unbearable.

Guess he just needed to get a video out. Maybe he cribbed from some of the more worthless SW threads here.

So amusing to see the far left outbursts at but the mention of Shapiro’s name. I love Shapiro and his review was fair. He was much more complementary than I am.

Especially as "Leftown" is such a weird choice. One 't'? So is it lef-town, or left-own?
And on top of that, it just doesn't have a ring to it. I vote for Lefterfield or maybe Leftburg.
No, I got it! West Leftport. Three lefts for the price of one!

Why waste a T. I’m laconic that way.

Haha I can imagine his insights don’t go over well here in Leftown.
Or anywhere where most of the people have IQs above double digits. He’s a whiny twerp who has to “debate” random people on the streets to look impressive, it’s the oldest comedy bit in television and he has to do it to look superior to anyone. He’s incapable of holding his own against anyone else. It’s honestly pathetic that so many find him insightful, I guess they don’t get out much.

The trick of Ben Shapiro is to talk a lot and really fast. Makes his followers think he has a lot of arguments and doesn't give them time to realize those arguments are stupid. He's of the terrible breed of "every evil comes from the other side of the political spectrum" commentators. He contradicts himself a lot in that process, too.

There are certainly better conservative commentators out there, Saagar Enjeti for example, who are actually smart and/or honest actors.

Uh.. Just say.. No I don't care or agree with the reviewer and just not watch the video... Rather than bash said reviewer..?
I don't give a flip for most if not all youturd reviewers in general...
But comparing him to a low IQ idiots and those who follow him are more the same doesn't matter for a movie review.

Admittedly I find this post very humorous. It’s not just the hostility towards him or the framing of status but the pure nature of opposition to common sense. That’s what Shapiro does. He articulates common sense although I’m the first to admit that such sense is very uncommon amongst left wing ideologues.

The irony is that he comes out on top of nearly every debate he is in because of demonstration and support. Those who oppose him emotionally such as yourself tend to be running their mindset via indoctrination, sociological theory and post modernist intersectional culture. Being full of contradictions, these methods get destroyed by facts and logic because they are a misled faith of sorts.

Anyway, I’m certainly not trying to convince you of his validity but just to express that I find this method of criticism quite hilarious. It’s one of fabrication, disgust and inflating the intellectual capacity of the gullible.

The only accuracy here is that Ben talks quickly.

I can see that you vehemently disagree with his positions but the fact remains that his arguments stand on their logic and referential support. There are no contradictions or any indication that he assigns ‘evil’ anywhere. Stupid is another matter.

This comment is testament to how little the far left faithful understand the conservative position and that they have little more than condescension, personal attack and falsehood to base their claims.
